Andy is a Young, keen enthusiastic personal trainer whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the past 8 months. The Gym has Good facilities and atmosphere, is easy to access on the outskirts of Chester. We all live very busy lives these days, and it’s vital that we educate ourselves for a healthier, focused long happy life. Training is key and essential whether that be in a group or one to one session. I have worked with Andy on a one to one basis and the benefits and confidence it gives you is well worth the early morning sessions that are available. I would thoroughly recommend Andy and thank him for his time and commitment.
I have been having PT sessions with Andy for the past year and a bit, meeting twice a week. I wished to formalise a regular regime to help lose weight, gain more energy and become more toned.
I was a little hesitant beforehand as I have always found gyms rather intimidating, reinforced by past experiences in other establishments. I was also starting from a below- average base, so was unsure on what to expect.
Andy has been great. He listens with interest to what you aim to accomplish over the medium- to- long term, and devises routines to achieve these. He takes into account your current level of fitness in a non- judgemental manner, so you commence at a point with which you feel comfortable. We make full use of the equipment at the gym, and each session is always different so monotony or predictability never sets in. Andy pays close attention to ensure you are performing each exercise correctly and safely, and provides tailored feedback on how to improve technique.
Andy encourages and pushes you to achieve goods results each time. While his expectations are challenging, these are never unattainable and you never feel demoralised once the hour is over. I am very pleased with my progress to-date, and look forward to continuing the sessions with Andy to improve further.

Andy is a great personal trainer he motivates you in every single work out you do, I have definitely noticed a difference when I view my body before I did the sessions and after I've done them. I would definitely recommend andy to anyone as I feel he has taught me majority of the work outs I do in the gym on my own. He pushes you hard during each work out which motivates you when you work out on your own and helps boost determination/motivation.
