Here at Train Fitness Centre, we have 4 of our Trainers who are experienced Metafit Instructors. Metafit is the original 30 minute metabolic workout that just keeps working. Created by a former Royal Marine Commando and a national gymnast Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire.

Our Spinning classes will seriously test your fitness and totally push you out of your comfort zone. With 4 qualified instructors there is a mix of Flats, Sprints & some monster hills for you to contend with.

A fun filled way to get in shape. Lots of punch variations mixed with cardio based exercises will push you to your limits! A great social class with a nice mix of members regulary attending this.
