John has been a professional footballer for the last 14 years. He is a level 2 Gym Instructor and a Level 3 Personal Trainer all REPS certified.

Hi my name is Jason, I’ve been a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer for just over 10 years now and my passion and desire in this industry hasn’t faltered one bit since my first day.

I have always been an active person since I was young. I started playing tennis at 6 years old and carried it on from there. Picking up several trophies and a brief stint on the Cheshire County team too. Now I play more for fun along with football on the weekends. I’ve always been passionate about exercise so when I left school I spent 2 years studying my sports science qualifications, followed shortly after with my PT qualifications. Now I have experience and furthered my knowledge of the health industry with classes like circuit training, boxercise and Zuu qualifications.

If you look at my client testimonials you will see that I have a vast range of clients from different ages, to different abilities. Every new client is a fun and exciting challenge for them and for me.

ALEX CROMPTON

I’ve been at train fitness centre for nearly 4 years now after completing both my level 2 fitness instructor and level 3 personal training exams. From Young age I showed a keen interest in sports took part in whatever activities I could, leading me to play Tennis, netball and football at a county level.

As a PT I like to keep my clients engaged with both interesting and challenging workouts. I encourage clients to set goals so we have targets to work towards every session. This is a brilliant way to keep clients motivated and push them to hit personal bests and exceed goals. I find that I get the most out of all my clients when I vary their sessions with different intensities and styles of training. It’s keep them motivated and having fun which is so important when you’re working out. I also take spinning classes at the gym which I great way to integrate yourself into the train fitness family and get fit at the same time.

AMY JONES

It goes without saying that this job is without doubt the most rewarding job in the world! Seeing the faces of our clients when they lose weight, Inches and improve their overall fitness is amazing.

Amy is a qualified Personal Trainer. She also has a NVQ Level 4 in British Sign Language so is able to cater for the deaf community.

ANDY METCALF

I like to ensure all clients enjoy their sessions whilst working at a high intensity. No session will ever be the same and I believe variety is key to ensuring clients don’t get bored or fed up of training, as this can be a major obstacle to overcome. I can focus my sessions using various methods

Andy has been working with CPT for over 3 years. Having always played and enjoyed sports from a young age. He played football semi professionally for Runcorn Town, with Colwyn Bay, Flint Town, Chester FC and Llandudno FC being some of my previous clubs. To pass on previous experiences and assist in helping others achieve their goals is his motivation.
